What payment methods do you accept?
When placing your order on-line you can pay with all major credit cards and via PayPal. When making a
purchase in store, we accept cash, debit & credit card payments.

What is your return policy?
Tech Genius Burlington Inc. provides a 60-day money back guarantee if a customer is not satisfied or has
any issues with their purchase(s). In such a case, the customer is entitled to an exchange or a full refund.
Customer must also return all accessories or extras included with the item in the original sale. As a one-
time courtesy for every customer, we will not charge a restocking fee. Any returns thereafter will be
subject to a 10% restocking charge.
Products purchased through our website may be returned through our website or at our store. Give us a
call or send an email and one of our associates can help you out.
We’ll ask that you remove your Apple ID or Google and Samsung accounts from the phone. Once that’s
done, we’ll pass along a prepaid return label that you can use to send your device back for free within
Canada.
Once we receive your phone, we’ll process your return and issue your refund or send your replacement
as soon as possible. We typically process returns within 2-3 business days.
All products must be returned in the same condition as received. Our 60-day warranty does not cover
accidental, physical, or liquid damage to a device. We cannot accept returns for devices that have been
damaged in any way. If you’d like us to assist with an out of warranty repair, we can provide you with a
repair quote or local repair recommendations.

Do these products come with any warranty?
Tech Genius Burlington Inc. provides a 60-day hardware warranty (warranty not valid if there is any
indication of physical and/or liquid damage). If hardware fails within 60 days of receiving the device and
there is no physical and/or liquid damage, we will replace/repair/refund it within 60 days at no cost. To
be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was sold. To submit a warranty
claim, contact one of our customer service representatives.

How can I make sure that my order was successful?
After completing your online checkout, an Order Confirmation number will be displayed, and a copy of
your order will be sent to you via email. A payment receipt will be enclosed in your shipment along with
the merchandise. Please keep this payment receipt for reference in case of exchange or refund.

What if my device gets damaged during shipping?
If it looks like your phone was damaged in shipment and the device has signs of physical damage, please
send us an email at info@techgenius.ca within 2 days of receipt.

When will I get my order?
We ship all orders with 1 business day. Our daily shipment cut-off time is 2:00 PM EST. Orders received
after this time will be shipped on the next business day. We ship anywhere in Canada using Canada Post
Expedited Parcel or UPS. Typically, your order should arrive within 2-5 business days, with certain
exceptions for Rural, Remote and Northern Regions. Carrier exceptions may also apply.
Once an order is successful, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your order.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Yes, we are required by law to collect sales tax set by your province. You can review this amount during
order confirmation.

Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, we would love to meet you in person. Simply choose “Pickup” as your shipping method at checkout.

Do you ship to the US?
We can arrange for shipping to the United States. Please contact our support team and we go through
the order process with you. Please note that the customer is responsible for any import or customs fees
incurred.

Can I sell my old device to Tech Genius Burlington Inc.?
Absolutely! We also buy used devices. If you have an old phone, tablet, or computer that you no longer
need, you can sell it to us or get credit towards tour next purchase. Simply visit our website and follow
the instructions to get a quote for your device.
